Cunning Industries is a small, deliberate practice built on a decade of experience across data engineering, cloud architecture, and applied AI — designing data platforms and warehouses at scale, leading cloud migrations, shipping LLM-powered products in industries from financial services to consumer software, and growing and mentoring the engineering teams that run them.
Most engagements come through partners and referrals, working alongside existing teams: as a subcontractor, an embedded engineer, or a technical advisor. If you arrived here from an email signature or LinkedIn, that's probably how we'd work together too.
